Supply Chain Manager
Your Mission
The SC (Supply Chain) Manager is responsible to ensure that our customers receive our goods on time, every time and at a cost that is in line with the profitable expectations of the Group. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for the entire material flow process from raw material/packaging purchase to the distribution of finished products to the end customer. The Local Supply Chain Manager will supervise supply, demand planning, customer service and warehouse team, leading all aspects of supply and inventory planning activities. In this role, you will lead the Supply Chain team and monitor key planning performance indicators, cost to serve performance data and help to coordinate cross functional work teams. As Supply Chain Manager you report to the Operations Manager.
What you will do:
- Responsible for coordinating the total supply chain, which means:

- improve operational efficiency (production, transportation, storage costs)
- maximize service levels for our customers
- minimize distribution and storage costs
- minimize inefficiencies (obsolete inventory and inventory adjustments)
- optimize working capital
- Act as a key figure between customer service, sales, production, procurement and quality
- Translate the proposed strategy into a tactical plan with objectives and projects
- Drive continuous improvement in Supply Chain: Map supply chain processes and identify improvements and define to-be processes in line with OpX (Operational Excellence) program
- Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.
- Prepare the supply and inventory planning inputs for capacity scenarios and recommendations.
- Drive the S&OP (Sales & Operations) process in close partnership with the Demand Planner, ensuring improved forecast accuracy and operational efficiency
- Oversee, manage, and optimize logistics costs while driving warehouse efficiency and cost improvements
- Stay up to date with the market
- Act as a back-up for the other SC functions
What we expect from you:
- Academic degree: you hold an academic degree in Logistics/ Supply Chain/Economics or equivalent experience
- Experience: Min 5 years of experience in Logistics or Supply Chain or any other relevant field
- Languages: Excellent Latvian and English language skills
- ICT: affinity with computer programs, ideally ERP (SAP) system, SAP/IBP, power BI
- Skilled in using Excel, Word, Power Point
Functional skills
- Team manager with drive to developing people

- Knowledge of demand planning and S&OP/Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Process
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Knowledge of the ERP program (example SAP)
- Knowledge of inventory management
