For Puratos Headquarters, in Groot-Bijgaarden – Belgium, we are looking for a Product Manager Real Chocolate in order to achieve the ambitious business targets.

You will drive the commercial expansion of the Real Chocolate product range across your assigned regions by shaping and executing a targeted business development strategy. Acting as the central orchestrator between markets, channels, customers, and operations, you translate market insights into actionable growth plans that strengthen our competitive position. You take full ownership of the annual budget, leveraging product expertise, commercial acumen and cross‑functional influence to accelerate profitable growth. Through close collaboration with local teams, you ensure the Real Chocolate portfolio realizes its full potential in every market where we operate

Key Accountabilities:

• You define and drive the regional business and long-term growth strategy, aligned with Markets/ Channels/ Operations in line with the BU Real Chocolate vision, in order to determine optimal competitive positioning to reach short- and long-term business objectives.
• You actively support business development in cross-functional collaboration (markets, channels, customers, operations) by customer visits, customer presentations, training to sales teams and exchange of best practices.
• You monitor the sales performance of the category in terms of volume, sales, margin evolution, customer penetration, … You propose, align and roll-out corrective actions or acceleration plans with local organizations and regional direction.
• You manage the product portfolio (profitability optimization, pricing, SKU management, benchmarking) and all elements of the marketing mix (branding, pricing, route to market, promotions…)
• You collect, analyze and build market & product intelligence from the markets to identify possible impacts on the business.
• You are involved alongside the matrix organization in the yearly budget with accountability to the reach the targets.
• You manage relationships and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to share the product vision, create involvement at different organizational levels

Who are we looking for?

• You hold a Master degree in Business or Marketing and bring 5-7 years of experience in commercial development, product management, or strategic marketing in an international environment.
• You combine strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset, enabling you to transform market insights into concrete growth opportunities.
• You are results‑driven and confident managing a full business cycle — from opportunity identification to execution and performance follow‑up.
• You excel in stakeholder management and easily build trust with sales teams, customers, and cross‑functional partners.
• You are digitally savvy, data‑driven, curious, and proactive in using commercial tools and insights to grow your category.
• You have a passion for food and the willingness to understand key technical aspects, ensuring you can work effectively with R&D, technical advisors, and Operations.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment, take initiative, and bring creativity and energy to drive business growth.
• You are fluent in English. Other languages are a plus.
• You are willing to travel 30% of your time.
