Your Mission

As a Product Manager you will be responsible to accelerate the growth of the SBUs Bakery, Patisserie and Chocolate, and achieve the budget turnover through cocreating and executing a marketing strategy directly contributing to sales, brand recognition and great customer experiences.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • You work closely with Sales and R&D to co-create products, concepts, projects based on consumer trends.
  • You analyze market intelligence from a wide range of data sources and identify possible impacts on the business.
  • You build and implement the product strategy in line with the headquarters strategy, the market opportunities and the short- and long term business objectives.
  • You manage the product portfolio (SKU management,  profitability optimization, benchmarking) and all elements of the marketing mix (branding, pricing, route to market, promotions)
  • You monitor the sales performance in terms of volume, sales, margin evolution, customer penetration
  • You participate in the creation of the annual marketing plan focusing on the Group strategic pillars
  • You actively support business development by customers visits and presentations, internal and external product trainings, exchange of best practices
  • You develop sales and product communication support tools in line with the Group communication strategy.
  • You understand the importance of digital marketing and accelarate the usage of all available tools to reach higher market penetration, brand awareness and customer layalty
  • You develop, with Technical Advisors, finished goods concepts adapted to the sales channels, that reflect the market trends and actively promote the Group strategic innovations.

Required Key Competences and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or Business development
  • Experience in marketing minimum 2 years
  • Knowledge of project management: planning, organization, budgeting
  • Fluent English (oral and written)
  • Digital marketing knowledge is a plus
  • Conceptual thinking and strong analytical skills
  • Good communication and presentations skills
  • Ability to make things happen (proactive, practical, dynamic, flexible, pragmatic)
  • Customer orientation
