Maintenance Technicians and Maintenance Leaders Wanted!

• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, pneumatic, electrical, and controls equipment
• Work closely with production and quality teams to maintain production output
• Provide resources and support to help the engineering team execute projects efficiently throughout the plant
• Operation, troubleshoot, and repair of Steam, Refrigeration, and Wastewater systems
• Fabrication of components, tools and equipment
• Execute and complete PM (Preventative Maintenance) work without production interruption as directed by Maintenance Supervisor and Lead
• Direct actions as necessary to ensure safety
• Maintain CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System); work order entry, completions, requisitions, inventory
• Utilize SAP for completing Purchase requisitions

General Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer proficiency, communicate effectively in English
• Ability to work overtime/weekends as needed
• Adherence to all safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and SQF standards
• Safely operate both manual and automated equipment
• Physical Demands: Frequent standing, walking, and lifting to 55 lbs
• Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, temperature variations, dust/fumes, and operating machinery

Compensation:

• Compensation for Maintenance Mechanic roles ranges from $24.42 and $36.82 and may vary by position. Leadership roles may have a higher compensation package including a salaried compensation package. 
• Additional compensation available through overtime pay, quarterly incentive program, referral bonuses and other company policies.
