Обязанности:

  • Проводит оформление заказа в системе SAP, осуществляет обработку заказа и согласование его с клиентами по количеству, по ассортименту, по сроком годности товара, по типу отгрузки и типу оплаты, а также производит подтверждение заказа клиенту;

  • Заносит в систему SAP сведения о новых Покупателях;

  • Осуществляет прием претензий по качеству и количеству и проведение претензий по компании по установленной процедуре;

  • Вносит информацию по ценам в системе SAP;

  • Оформляет заказы и поставки на образцы в SAP, отслеживая остатки по продуктам.

     

Требования:

  • Высшее образование;
  • Опыт работы в аналогичной роли от 1 года;
  • Уверенный пользователь ПК ( Windows, Excel, SAP приоритет);
  • Опыт работы в ритме многозадачности, внимательность к деталям, стрессоустойчивость;
  • Опыт работы в пищевой / торговой индустрии приветствуется;
