Missão
Garantir a pesquisa, desenvolvimento e adaptação da Categoria de Confeitaria na Puratos, a fim de contribuir para o crescimento do negócio e eficiência operacional.

 

Responsabilidades

  • Desenvolvimento de novos produtos e conceitos alinhados com o plano anual de marketing, por meio da participação ativa no processo Stage & Gate;
  • Demandas personalizadas (tailor made) do clientes;
  • Adaptação de fórmulas existentes, como programas de redução de custos mantendo desempenhos, incluindo racionalização de matéria-prima
  • participar proativamente na otimização de portfólios existentes (redução de SKU, reposicionamento, etc)
  • identificar novas oportunidades de negócios em grandes clientes (prospecção)
  • detectar produtos em risco
  • Participar de seminários internos e externos explicando os benefícios de nossos produtos
  • Tornar-se especialista líder na linha de produtos de confeitaria por meio de treinamento e experiência de campo.
  • Cumprir nossos procedimentos de segurança alimentar na seleção de novas matérias-primas, desenvolvimento ou modificação de produtos e preparação de amostras.

 

Perfil e Conhecimentos

  • Especialização, idealmente Mestrado na área de alimentos
  • Experiência prévia com desenvolvimento de produtos alimentícios/vendas técnicas, idealmente na indústria de alimentos e ingredientes
  • Experiência prévia com gestão de equipe
  • Disponibilidade para viagens
  • Imprescindível inglês nível avançado.
