R&D Manager

Mission:

Management and organization of the technological of the research process, developing and adapting formulas for a local range of various types of company's products. Management and organization of the technological support of the production process of these products using equipment.

 

Objectives:

  • Management and organization of the development process of new product concepts based on the company's marketing plan.
  • Management and organization of work on adaptation of formulas of existing products: reduction cost of production without changing quality, improvement of quality indicators without changing prices, rationalization of raw materials.
  • Leadership role as creation of individual product formulas based on customer wishes, as well as adaptation of products to the requirements of technological equipment of industrial customers.
  • Leadership role as training and technical support for sales, marketing and production departments for all types of products. Ability to present product information within and outside the team.
  • Control and organization of the process a system for recording and storing documentation for raw materials, production formulas, production processes, labels, methods for determining the quality of products, as well as calculating product costs.
  • Continuous Monitoring the compliance and relevance of technological documentation in production: production formulas, specifications, technological parameters of equipment or processes, as well as ensure the confidentiality and protection of production formulas and know-how of the Puratos company.
  • Close cooperation with the Headquarters - Development and Research Department (R&D), promotion of the latest developments for the Puratos Ukraine team as well as innovations and trends of the group regarding products and their areas of applications.

 

Requirements:

  • Higher technological education (Bachelor, Master) with experience in the baking, confectionery industry, and experience in developing food products for at least 5 years.
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Preference for candidates with experience working in an international company.
  • Creativity, communication skills, resistance to stress, self-organization, readiness to travel on business trips (Ukraine, Europe).
