Your Mission

通过建立焙乐道销售/分销/技术服务和业务解决方案的区域网络,用市场领先的创新/利益优势,与区域客户建立真正的合作伙伴关系,帮助客户的业务更加成功,达成销售、盈利及费用控制的目标,并提高焙乐道产品和服务的客户渗透/市场份额/生产率。

 

What you will do

·       分析市场问题与机会,制定并执行销售和技术服务计划,以终端为导向,在不影响和经销商合作的前提下管理区域内直供与非直供客户,提高终端客户的覆盖率,以及现有客户的产品渗透率,达成业务目标。
Planning and executing sales plan and technical service plan, provide total solution to end-users, target market opportunities, manage direct and indirect business in the area, improve customer and products penetration, achieve business budget.

·       管理并优化经销商布局,提升经销商对焙乐道的忠诚度和投入度,促进并形成战略合作关系,共同协作扩大市场占有率,实现焙乐道业务及核心产品持续且快速的增长同时,帮助经销商达成目标,实现双赢。
Optimizing distributor selection and manangement, improve distributor loyalty to build partnership with preferred distributor. Improve customer penetration, achieve continuas growth of Puratos core categories, achieve distributor target, and WIN-WIN.

·       协调各支持部门,配合经销商为区域内非直供终端客户提供高品质解决方案。
Coordinate between support functions, provide total solution to the end-users by working together with distributors.

·       协调各支持部门,为区域内直供客户提供高品质解决方案。
Coordinate between support functions, provide total solution to the direct end-users in the area.

·       掌握区域内现有重点客户情况,建立区域内重点客户以及重点开发客户档案,进行分渠道,分级别管理,与大客户工业团队保持紧密配合服务区域内半工业客户,与大客户饼房团队保持紧密配合服务区域内中小型饼房客户。
Manage customer service by channels, classifications, KA/KDA mapping. Service semi-industry customer by working closely with Large industry team, service artisan and middle scale Bakery Chain by working closely with Bakery Chain team.

·       熟悉运用销售流程,制定并定期跟进大项目开发计划。并针对不同项目的客户需求,协同其他业务发展部门提供行业领先的业务推广方案(一对一服务、培训班、示范会、研讨会等)
Follow with sales process, making and executing KA/KDA plan, targeting different customer demand, work together with business development department by providing leading proposal (CID, Training, Seminar, or other activities)

·       熟悉三方合作销售流程,通过Pradata系统提供相关三方合作项目销售数据,同零售,餐饮,工业以及饼房团队定期沟通,执行,并推进三方合作项目的开发与进展。
Follow triangular sales process, providing sales data through Pradata, regular communication with Retail, Food-Service, Industry to proceed triangular projects.

·       督促并推进经销商进行Pradata数据对接。使用Pradata数据对经销商出货进行分析,指导并提升经销商关注度,更精准高效的帮助经销商达成月度,季度,以及年度目标。
Launch Pradata with distributors, support distributors precisely and efficiently by analyzing Pradata.

·       聚焦并促进核心类产品和新上市产品尤其是健康乐活产品的增长,实现公司健康发展和盈利的目标。
Focus on core categories, new innovations especially Health & Wellbeing,achieve Health & Wellbeing and profit target.

·       使用BI report以及CRM 系统对客户,产品进行分析,管理并指导团队日常工作,提高效率,并最终达成目标。
Daily usage of BI report, CRM, to analyze customer, products, and manage daily work of area sales team, improve efficiency, and achieve target.

·       对经销商以及区域内直供客户的财务风险进行评估,及时回收账款。
Evaluate financial risk of distributors and direct customer in the area, collect AR on time.

·       负责提供准确的每月滚动销售预测和安全库存的建议,确保销售预估和实际销售之间差异的最小化。
Provide monthly rolling forecast carefully, minimize the gap between forecast and actual sales.

·       对外积极地收集相关市场信息,并按时向上级主管汇报。
Collecting market information regularlly report to the superior manager on time.

·       通过培训/辅导/协同拜访等方式,提升团队业绩管理,发展团队能力,提高团队向心力,提升人员生产率。
Improve team member ability, knowledge, and team spirit by training, coaching and co-visiting etc.

·       熟悉公司的销售政策、工具、流程和系统,严格遵守纪律和公司章程,并卓越执行。
Follow sales policy, tools, process, and system, follow discipline and rules, and execute excellent.

Requirements:

·       教育背景:  大专学历及以上学历
Education background: Junnior College

·       国语,懂英文尤佳
Mandarin, English is a plus

·       3年以上行业经验,有烘焙行业/食品原料的相关B2B经验或具有烘焙技术实操经验者尤佳;
More tan 3 years relevant experience, bakery experience or food ingridient or relevant B2B experience are preferred

·       Skills软技能:

       - 良好的沟通能力和商业道德;Good communication skill and business ethics

       - 良好的团队合作精神;Good team work spirit

       - 学习能力和执行力强,认真责任;Good Learning ability,execution level, and reliable

       - 高压的工作环境中积极向上;Positive under pressure

       - 可适应经常出差;Adaptable to travel

       - 懂电脑,熟练使用excel, word, ppt等软件。Skilled in computer, Excel, Word, PPT etc.
