Sales Manager Industry

Your Mission

 

Reporting to General Manager you will be responsible for leading nationwide sales team members to ensure company’s growth in terms of sales, profits & customers in industry channels by developing a strategy and sales plan in line with the Group’s guidelines, actively promoting our products lines, and managing a motivated and dynamic team

 

What you will do

 

Strategy & Sales Managment

  • Defining and implementing the Company’s policies in terms of Key Accounts
  • Managing sales operations in terms of key customers
  • Recruitment and training of new team members
  • Daily management of the Key Account Managers’ work, training and motivating them
  • Providing the Sales team with appropriate tools
  • Evaluation of the subordinates’ work
  • Monitoring the results in comparison to the previously assumed forecasts and prior periods
  • Preparing monthly reports for the company’s management, summarising the team’s results
  • Cooperation and maintaining business relations with Key Customers
  • Trade negotiations
  • Acquiring new Key Customers
  • Cooperation with the Marketing Department by providing information on market condition, competition activities and customer needs, in order to ensure all the information necessary for a complete picture of the situation on the market
  • Regular monitoring customer satisfaction and confronting the effects with the Marketing Department
  • Helping in managing the working capital by providing monthly sales forecasts for the Purchase Department as well as controlling payments of the Key Accounts in collaborations with the Financial Liquidity Controller
  • Implementing and monitoring legal regulations related to selling and promoting our products
  • Reporting to the General Manager about the activities of the Key Accounts and the competition.
  • As a member of the management team, contribute actively to the Puratos Poland overall objectives.

 

What we expect from you

  • Master degree
  • At least five years of experience in leading sales people, providing coaching, developing etc.
  • Proficient English and Polish languages
  • Readiness to travel
  • Result oriented with good communication and leadership skills
