Key Account Manager Dairy
(Location: Key Dairy Clients in Poland / Headquarters in Kostrzyn near Poznań / The Innovation Center in Warsaw)
Your Mission
The mission of the Key Account Manager is to Identify, initiate, and follow up on collaborations with semi-industrial and industrial customers from the dairy and ice cream business in Poland to reach the targeted Sales Budget and Customer Satisfaction.
What you will do
- Promoting dairy-filling sales to partners, which will source fillings from Latvia
- Coordinating, planning and hosting dairy and IC customer visits to Latvia
- Growing Diary Business Sales in Poland with new Customers
- Look for new business growth opportunities in Poland via adding new products to existing customers and implement successful cross selling
- Understand your market and manage customer strategy and positioning
- Manage relationships with top company customers
- Watch the trends and the competition.
- Forecasting & Demand Planning (CMO)
- Define and implement a sales strategy for each customer in line with confirmed CEX plan matrix
- Report the results to the N+1 and Matrix manager or a regular basis.
What we expect from you
- A University level degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Food Technology or other relevant area of studies.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in a similar position in a related field – strong focus on business development and key account management
- Proven record of accomplishment in building and managing national key accounts and in presenting the benefits of products and services to the customers
- Solid project management, negotiation, new business development and selling skills
- Business fluent Polish and English is required for this role.
- Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong influencing, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Other skills: accurate, efficient and have a strong business acumen & drive for results
- Open mindset with emphasis on knowledge sharing
- Well organized and good time management skills
- Readiness to travel internationally for up to 20% of your working time.
