Position Overview
Based in Jakarta Head Office, we are currently seeking an:
HR Manager
(Jakarta, Indonesia)
Reporting directly to the Country General Manager with matrix report to Regional HR Director, the successful candidate for this key function will be responsible to lead, champion, and manage the whole people and organization domains, ensuring law compliance and in accordance with Group policies.
Key Accountabilities
- Partner with Management Team and Managers on all people-related matters, including performance management, organizational development, employee relations, people planning and recruiting.
- Lead and inspire the local team to deliver HR KPIs; align all HR processes and programs to core values, strategic priorities, and vision, in accordance with group policies.
- Oversee the recruiting process to attract top talent and meet company needs; take initiative to develop Puratos’ employer brand.
- Ensure the onboarding, training, and performance management practices align with business requirements and support employee retention strategy.
- Ensure a healthy company culture based on the Puratos Magic.
- Drive engagement initiatives aligned with engagement and employee survey results, action plans and keep them alive throughout the year.
- Manage and oversee all employee and labor relations issues; ensure equitable and consistent treatment of all employees, effective complaint resolution/investigation process, and fair employment practices and corrective action.
- Manage and oversee payroll processing and C&B programs; evaluate programs for employee retention and competitiveness in the marketplace; propose solutions for improvement.
- Develop and improve the knowledge and skills of the organization through training, coaching, and mentoring.
- Manage annual performance review and talent review process. Support development and implementation of individual development plans, in accordance with group policies and in partnership with the Group HR Talent Management team.
- Oversee HR data management, HRIS implementation and workforce analytics in the country (budget, forecast and actuals, short-term and long-term planning) via our global HR system, SuccessFactors.
- Keep the long-range Work Force Planning within the country up to date and monitor the growth closely in line with the business needs and productivity concepts. Provide the business with people analytics that support and drive continuous improvement and necessary interventions.
- Be involved in establishing the annual local HR budgets, using the long-range Work Force Plans as reference.
- Manage development and implementation of local HR policies and procedures ensuring full compliance with all employment legislative requirements.
- Oversee, manage, and ensure operational of general facilities and service activities to support smooth business execution.
Profile
- Bachelor degree with at least 10 years of experience in leading diverse human resources domains and hands-on exposures to both sales and manufacturing function. Able to manage both strategic and operational work in a matrix organization.
- Technical and functional understanding and experience in talent management, performance management, HR systems, local payroll and admin system, job grading, change management, health and safety, labor and employee relations.
- People leadership experience and ability to work with diverse styles and culture.
- Business English level proficiency, with good communication and presentation skills, including ability to influence others.
- Experience with HRIS & Payroll systems.
