We are looking for a Customer Service Staff who is a detail-oriented, service-minded, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. In this role, you will become a key connector between customers and internal teams, such as Sales and Operations team.
Job Responsibilities:

Handle daily order processing for Key Customers

Respond to customer inquiries regarding orders, product information, documentation, and delivery status

Support complaint handling by collecting details and responses for the customers

Coordinate with Sales team to support communication with customers

Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow

Support the roll out and use of E-Commerce platform or automation of orders

Support other digital projects or initiatives by Sales Operations team
Requirements :

Diploma or Bachelor Degree (any major, Business and Information System, or related fields preferred)

1-3 years of experience in Customer Service, Order management, or Sales Support (fresh graduates with strong motivation maybe considered)

Strong communication and customer-oriented mindset

Details-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Familiar with ERP SAP and CRM

Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel

Able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
