Business Controller

We are looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Business Controller to join our Finance team. This role will play a key part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decision-making, and ensuring strong financial governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze business performance, profitability, and financial results.
• Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions.
• Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, and Supply Chain teams.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvements.
• Support investment evaluations and business growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting standards.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital performance.
• Support internal and external audit processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in Business Controlling, FP&A, or Commercial Finance.
• Experience in a manufacturing and/or multinational environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Experience with ERP and reporting tools such as SAP, Power BI, BFC, or QlikView.
• Professional certifications (CPA, ACCA, CA) are an advantage.
