Regulatory Affairs & Quality Control Supervisor
(Izmir, Turkey)
Your Mission
- Ensure regulatory compliance of Puratos brands in accordance with TR and EU, about product formulation and labels as well as ensuring compliance with Puratos Policies,
- Preparing documentation in accordance with the legislation,
- Establish, apply, and maintain a food safety & quality system in accordance with Puratos Group standards and policies,
- Develop a QC principles to the needs of the sites with high quality standards,
- Conduct in process quality control checks; identify shortfalls, develop corrective measures, and implement quality control systems,
- Identify the root cause of quality problems and coordinate modifications or other corrective actions,
- Review current blueprints and quality documentation, assure the readiness of the updated documentation,
- You contribute to the optimization of Puratos operational procedures by active participation to site monthly meetings, quality meeting, task forces and other cross functional meetings,
- Follow up local regulations and regulatory initiatives concerning or having impact on busines, analyze them, update relevant business divisions before & in case and take actions if necessary and share knowledge with local and global functions,
- Collaboratively work with other departments on the related areas such as production, R&D and planning.
What we expect from you
- A bachelor’s degree in Food Engineer,
- At least 5 years of experience in similar roles,
- Exhibit a comprehensive knowledge of food regulations,
- Strong extensive stakeholder management skill,
- Business fluent in English,
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, familiar with SAP,
- Embrace the role of a team player, showcasing self-motivation, a service-oriented mindset,
- Pay meticulous attention to details and accuracy, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality results,
- A high level of analytical ability to drive the processes,
- An interest in food and demonstrable commitment to social responsibility,
