HR INTERNSHIP: BECOME HR PARTNER INTERN FOR OUR GROWING FOOD COMPANY
Mission
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team in Puratos, Groot-Bijgaarden (Belgium). As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various aspects of HR, both in soft HR tasks and hard HR tasks. You will work closely with our HRBP Team and contribute to the overall success of our organization. This internship will provide you with valuable insights into the HR field and operation filed to help you develop essential skills for your future career.
Key accountabilities
Employer Branding and onboarding:
- You support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- You contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- You assist in conducting employee surveys and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Follow Up HR Surveys :
- You assist in conducting employee surveys and analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Internal Communication:
- Support the internal communication of the site: schedule, prepare, propose and share different communications.
Training and Development:
- You support the coordination of training programs, workshops, and seminars for employees.
- You assist in creating training materials and resources.
- You maintain training records and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives.
HR Administration and HRBP Assistance:
- You assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring data accuracy.
- You participate in different HR projects together with the HRBP and you participate in meetings within HR and with the operations local teams.
- You evaluate the current processes that are in place and propose improvements.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an internship candidate like you who fits the following profile:
- You are currently studying in HR, Law, Psychology, Management, Communications, or other related fields that align with our requirements.
- You possess strong organizational and structured skills.
- You have some knowledge of Belgian Labor Legislation
- You are motivated and eager to learn.
- You are communicative and can effectively convey your thoughts and ideas.
- Trustworthiness and reliability are traits that define you.
- You thrive as a team player, collaborating and contributing to collective goals.
- Fluent in English, and you speak French and/or Dutch (knowledge of additional languages is a plus).
- You are available for a minimum of 12 weeks, but preferably for a longer duration to maximize your internship experience.
- Start date: preferred for September-December 2025
