Sales / Senior Sales Executive (Artisanal Channel)
(Chachoengsao, Thailanda)
Your Mission
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager of Artisan and Distributors, you will be responsible to sell and market Puratos products and ingredients in the area as assigned and to ensure that collection is done within approved credit terms. You are also required to manage and grow the accounts assigned in accordance to the company’s objectives.
What you will do
- Generate sales of Puratos products and food ingredients in the area as allocated in order to achieve the budgeted sales and profitability.
- Achieve new customers by approaching all Artisan Bakeries, Cake shops and Ingredient houses.
- Follow-up and introducing additional products to our existing customers.
- Increase Puratos penetration and achieve an increases preference for Puratos products in the artisan sector of the market.
- Continuously monitor performance against sales targets to identify deviations from plan and if necessary to take timely corrective actions in order to ensure the realization of agreed sales objectives.
- Contribute to develop and implement sales strategies and budget.
- Implement and support the company’s sales activities and services in terms of achieving set goals.
- Responsible to collect payments from accounts in accordance with company policy.
- Gather market information regarding market trends, competitive activity and requirements for the development of new and existing products.
- Follow up closely on new and outstanding orders in co-operation with sales administration and warehouse department to assure good service to customers.
- Setting a good working example in terms of discipline and drive to achieve targets set, to the junior executives.
- Fully support & implement GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001:2015 and other systems by the company.
What we expect from you
- Min Bachelor degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Min 5 years experience in related field.
- Computer literate.
- Good communication, resilient and result-oriented.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin and local dialect.
- Passionate about baking with good personality.
- Good leadership and problem solving skill.
