About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. This role will act as the dedicated HR partner for one department, providing end-to-end HR support and ensuring alignment between people strategy and business objectives. In addition to partnering with the department, the HRBP will lead all training initiatives across the organization and manage selected HR administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HR contact for the assigned department, supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.

Partner with department leaders to identify workforce needs and deliver HR solutions aligned with business goals.

Design, implement, and manage training programs across the organization, ensuring continuous learning and skill development.

Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate program effectiveness.

Support employee engagement initiatives and career development planning.

Handle HR administration, including documentation, compliance, payroll coordination, and record management.

Provide guidance on HR policies, labor law compliance, and best practices.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

3–5 years of HR experience, preferably in HRBP or generalist roles.

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.

Proven experience in training design and delivery.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with department leaders and the HR & GA team.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
