HR Business Partner

(Istanbul, Turkey)

Your Mission

• Collaborate with the business leaders to develop strategic solutions and align people initiatives with business objectives
• Identify and assess future learning needs through company strategy, goals, and competencies. Design and facilitate learning and development programs
• Take an active role in performance process and improve performance through proactive business partnering, coaching and training
• Maintain integrity of HR data in Success Factors accordance with the legal and group standards
• Support workforce and talent development by ensuring efficient workforce management, promoting work/life balance and fostering a culture of leadership and feedback.
• Leverage data-driven insights and support strategic projects to improve talent decisions, enhance employer branding and support initiatives like engagement surveys and competency analysis.

What we expect from you

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field,
• 5 years or more experience in a Human Resources role with a focus on learning & talent management & performance
• Ability to show leadership, empathy, and flourish in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all stakeholders. Ability to produce clear, concise written communication
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Experience with Success Factors desirable
• English language proficiency required
• No military obligation for male candidates
