Missão

Suportar os processos operacionais da equipe de compras indiretas, reduzindo ineficiências com foco em ganho de produtividade processual do departamento.

 

Processos atividades

  • Realização de processos de sourcing para itens indiretos;
  • Emissão de pedidos no sistema SAP;
  • Follow up de entrega de itens sob sua responsabilidade;
  • Implementar ações de melhoria nos processos operacionais do departamento;
  • Criação de relatórios de desempenho e KPIs;
  • Liderar projetos específicos da área, envolvendo outros departamentos quando necessário;
  • Suportar o processo interno de avaliação e qualificação de fornecedores em atendimentos as certificações necessárias;

 

Requisitos

  • Superior completo;
  • Conhecimento em SAP
  • Inglês intermediário;
  • Domínio do pacote office
  • Disponibilidade para atuar 3x por semana no escritório da Vila Olímpia
