Engineering Manager

Your Mission

Provide Best Project Management & Engineering Services by developing and maintaining high standard engineering team

What you will do

1. Establish an efficient engineering team, train & inspire the team member.
2. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effectively leading the project independently.
3. Organize periodic meeting with local , regional & Group Engineering team to review and expedite the project works
4. Accountable for managing project budgets and timelines and for reporting to the management periodically.
5. Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned projects and engineering activities.
6. Preparation of medium to long term engineering Capex strategy in line with business plan
7. Preparation of annual maintenance budget and accountable for managing it  
8. Set up and maintain a preventive maintenance schedule, Ensure all the equipment @ site operates smoothly and efficiently ( Asset Management)
9. Able to prepare and review the AUTOCAD and Revit drawings and guide the contractor teams as effective supervision.
10. Ensure project compliance with local and applicable EHS standard.

Requirements:

Education: Graduate in Mechanical, automation or electrical Engineering with bachelor or above.

Experience: More than 10 years relative working experience, with at least 3 years management experience is must.

- Should have led & managed independently Capex Project of at least 500 KUSD.

- Should have sound engineering knowledge and should be able to monitor for compliance with local/ International codes and practices as applicable.

Technical knowledge/skills: Experience in Project Management and Equipment ( asset care) management.

Language: Good command in English ( spoken & written)
