To strengthen our team in Groot-Bijgaarden, we are looking for a:

Support Specialist (m/w/d)

In our Support team, you are responsible for the follow up and resolving of support cases for the domain of planning (IBP/S&OP, MPS, detailed scheduling) and  production (shop floor control) logged via the Puratos support portal. You are an expert in your domain from a functional and technical point of view. Within your area of responsibilities you report to the Group ICT Applications Support Manager.

What you will do

• As you are the expert in SAP IBP/APO, Odoo,.. you follow up and resolve support cases for production and planning solutions and this for Puratos subsidiaries globally
• In close collaboration with the SAP outsourcing partner you ensure reaching of SLA for the specific domain
• You perform business (process) analysis and translate business requirements into workable SAP solutions and/or functional design for specific projects and changes, including development
• As part of the support you develop and execute functional (integration) test scripts
• As the subject matter expert for the relevant SAP modules you pass on your expertise and advises others
• Key-users are trained by you and you provide/manage key-user functional documentation (processes, how-to documentation, …)

What we expect from you

• As you will be the expert, we expect you to have knowledge of SAP IBP (or experience in SAP APO DP/SNP) and in depth knowledge of SAP PP/PI and APO PP/DS
• On top of that you have integration knowledge (Hana cloud integration). An asset for this function is practical experience in SAP S/4 Hana migrations
• Knowledge of MES applications, Odoo and processes (linked to ERP) is an asset
• Problem solving is a daily part of this function so this is also your mindset. To come to feasible solutions you have strong analytic skills
• You are open and able to work in an international environment and a team split across the world
• As you will manage complex projects you will need flexibility and stress resistance. This in combination with well organized and good time management skills
• You have strong written and oral communication skills in English. Additional language knowledge is a good asset
• Willingness to travel: 10%
