Production Planning Support Specialist (m/w/d)
(Groot-Bijgaarden, Belgium)
Your Mission
The main mission consists of the follow up and resolving support cases for the domain of Production Planning (SAP S/4 HANA IBP/S&OP, MPS, detailed scheduling) and Production Execution logged via the Puratos support portal.
What you will do
The Production Planning Support Specialist will be expert in his/her domain from a functional and technical point of view, working in Puratos Headquarters.
Within his/her area of responsibilities the Support Specialist will keep the Group ICT Applications Support Manager informed about his/her activities.
The key tasks are:
- Follow up and resolve support cases for Production and Planning solutions (SAP IBP, Odoo, …) in Puratos subsidiaries around the world
- Ensure reaching of SLA, in close collaboration with the SAP Outsourcing Partners
- Perform business (process) analysis and translate business requirements into workable SAP solutions and/or functional design for specific projects and changes, including development
- Develop and execute functional (integration) test scripts
- Advise others as the subject matter expert for the relevant SAP modules
- Train key-users and provide/manage key-user functional documentation (processes, how-to documentation, …)
- Work self-directed and independently, with freedom and autonomy
- Collaborate as a member of a small and diverse international Team (4-5)
Position Requirements
- Knowledge of SAP IBP (or experience in SAP APO DP/SNP) and in depth knowledge of SAP PP/PE
- Strong written and oral communication skills in English is a must. Additional languages are an asset
- Integration knowledge (Hana cloud integration) is a plus
- Practical experience in SAP S/4 HANA is an asset
- Knowledge of MES applications and processes (linked to ERP) and/or Odoo is an asset
- Analytic skills for problem solving
- Enthusiasm to work in an international environment and a team located across the world
- Ambitious to learn and grow within the organisation
- Well organized and good time and priority management skills
- Willingness to travel: 10%
