- You will be engaged in a multi discipline internship that englobes laboratory investigation on potential production upgrades, investigation of new raw materials in the laboratory within bakery and validation of new analytical methods.
- Support on process improvement investigation for emulsifier production lab scale. Determination of potential optimizations in terms of productivity.
- Investigation of the powder characteristics during industrial manufacturing and potential hazards for operators.
- Investigation on new enzymatic technologies by using new analytical methods and bakery lab validation of results.
- Implementation in the formulation templat, raw material risk assessment. Ensure that all the potential hurdles of new formulas developed are well described and develop a tool for automatic reporting.
- Integrate the updated nutritional values in the formulation template. Develop a tool for automatic reporting.
Profile
- You are finishing a master study in Food Science, Food Technology or other related studies within science
- Experience in the laboratory
- Advanced knowledge in Excel
- Experience with nutrition
- Fluent in English, any other language is an asset
