Mission and key tasks
As a lab assistant intern R&D Chocolate team, you will support the development of Puratos in real chocolate, compound chocolate & fillings through the organization of lab and pilot tests, analytical and sensorial measurements and reporting.
During this internship, you will:
- Execute lab, pilot, application and sensory trials
- Organize the analytical, texture and sensory measurements on the pure products and within applications
- Record and analyze the results and establish trial reports including conclusions and interpretations.
Who are we looking for?
- You are a Bachelor student in food and/or dietary science, chemistry or biochemistry, or in any related field.
- Proficiency in English is required, as English is the working language
