HR Operations Excellence Manager (50%) 

 

 

 

Your Mission 

 

As the HR Operations Excellence Manager, you'll collaborate closely with the HR Director Global Operations to spearhead the development and transformation of our operations at both global and site levels, emphasizing the people and organization components. You'll ensure that key processes and policies are executed flawlessly and continuously improved by bringing your leadership and expertise to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

 

 

Key Accountabilities 

 

  • Collaborate with Leaders: Partner with the HR Director Global Operations and business leaders to solve complex organizational challenges and develop strategies for hiring, onboarding, retaining, developing, and engaging talent.
  • Build Relationships: Establish trust and strong connections with business leaders and collaborate with HR and Operations Centers of Excellence.
  • Enhance Organizational Processes: Assist in designing and implementing people & organization processes (e.g., workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, training, talent review, change management, reward/recognition, and engagement) aligned with Puratos Values & Magic.
  • Drive Operational Excellence: Support and evaluate the effectiveness of the Operational Excellence Program in collaboration with Site and HQ Operations teams.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop prioritized action plans to improve Operations people and organization performance, integrating business strategy and HR practices.
  • Talent and Leadership Development: Promote a culture of leadership, coaching, and feedback, ensuring talent review and development actions are implemented.
  • Forecasting and Budget Planning: Assist in headcount forecasting and budget planning to meet talent pipeline requirements in line with operations and business strategy.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data and analytics to gain insights on employee experience and drive talent decision effectiveness in Operations.
  • Monitor KPIs: Define and track relevant KPIs in user-friendly reports and dashboards, measuring the effectiveness and impact of HRBP projects and processes.
  • Support Strategic Projects: Contribute to projects linked to business Operations strategic priorities (e.g., engagement survey analysis, competency analysis, talent review analysis, frontline leadership development, process design)

 

Who are we looking for? 

 

  • Education & Experience: Master's degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Business, Psychology, Law, Management, or similar, with 3-5 years in HR for Operations (e.g., HRBP Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality).
  • Problem-Solving & Organizational Skills: Expert at tackling challenges with excellent organizational skills and efficiency.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Integrity & Responsibility: High ethical standards and personal integrity.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable with ambiguity and pragmatic in adapting to change.
  • Energy & Learning: Positive energy with a continuous desire to learn and grow.
  • Continuous Improvement & Change: Strong focus on improvement and managing change.
  • Team Collaboration: Effective in a matrix organization, supporting peers by sharing knowledge.
  • Analytical & Visionary Thinking: Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, conceptual thinker who translates data into solutions.
  • Project & Change Management: Skilled in process, project, and change management.
  • Business Acumen & Technical Savvy: Strong business acumen with a digital and data mindset, proficient in Microsoft Office and HR ERP tools.
  • Languages: Fluency in English; Dutch and/or French is a plus.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel occasionally (<10%).
