Take on a critical role as E-commerce Platform specialist for our global e-commerce platform, My Puratos, where you will coordinate the development, testing, and global launch of new functionalities and country roll-outs.
Your work will ensure an acceleration of our global presence with the right E-commerce platforms and features for all our customers across our 70 countries. You will champion platform functionalities, cross-departmental collaboration and drive customer adoption to further accelerate our business impact of My Puratos.
You will be part of the Business Development side of Puratos. Your position lies in the Global e-commerce team that is driving the e-commerce strategy and managing the e-commerce platform across more than 30 countries. The global team focuses on key objectives such as:
- Digitizing sales to help our customers and our sales teams be more successful
- Providing a customer interaction platform for easy access to documents and product information for all types of customers from artisans to industries.
- Attracting new customers through online acquisition and increasing product penetration with a focus on online and offline synergy.
It’s a young and growing team based in Groot-Bijgaarden and is part of the larger Sales and Customer Department.
Key Accountabilities
Global My Puratos & App Roll-out
- Lead the deployment of our My Puratos platform and App across multiple countries, ensuring smooth integration with local customer needs.
- Collaborate with regional and local (e-commerce) colleagues to understand their requirements, setting up a roadmap for training, testing, and the launch of the platform.
- Coordinate improvements and adjustments with the IT development team.
- Oversee quality assurance and testing, ensuring the localized platform works as expected to deliver a great experience for our customers.
- Track adoption rates, collect customer feedback, and analyze key metrics to measure success.
- Report on rollout progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement to key global stakeholders.
- Willingness to 10% travel around the world
Launch new platform features
- Lead the rollout of new platform features, ensuring global adoption across all type of customers in partnership with local stakeholders.
- Define the scope and timeline based on customer & local-specific needs.
- Coordinate with UX/UI and IT teams to ensure usability improvements are in place to continuously improve the experience of our customers.
- Collect customer feedback post-launch, organizing further improvements as needed.
- Organize training sessions and awareness initiatives to maximize the impact of new features.
- Track key metrics to learn the business and customer’s impact
Who are we looking for?
Education and Experience:
- You have a master's degree in business administration, International Business, Digital Transformation or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in project management and coordination of digital projects, ideally within an international e-commerce context.
- Familiarity with digital and technical concepts, as well as software testing and quality assurance processes.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Qualtrics, Jira, Confluence, PowerBI and agile methodologies is a plus.
