In this role, you will accelerate our global digital roadmap by strengthening the foundations behind MyPuratos 2.0—our new global digital experience platform. You will help connect internal processes, people and data, ensuring we deliver seamless, reliable and customer-centric digital journeys across more than 80 countries. Your work will directly support our ambition to lead the industry with integrated, smart and forward-thinking digital capabilities.

Key Accountabilities

• You collaborate with business teams to understand their needs and translate them into clear process and data requirements.
• You co‑design customer‑centric digital solutions that align internal workflows with the MyPuratos 2.0 customer journey.
• You help define, map and integrate end‑to‑end internal processes so that digital flows run smoothly.
• You ensure that customer and material master data remain consistent, accurate and relevant, and you monitor this through key metrics.
• You create structured documentation of new processes, data flows and requirements to support easy adoption by colleagues.
• You support the rollout of new features and guide users through change by offering clear communication and follow‑up.
• You identify opportunities to simplify internal processes and improve the overall digital experience.

Who are we looking for?

• You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Digital Transformation or a related field.
• You bring 3–5 years of experience in process management or master data roles; experience with customer-facing processes is a plus.
• You have a strong interest in digital technologies and enjoy working with new tools; enthusiasm for digital innovation is a must.
• You think analytically, work in a structured way and use data to support decisions.
• You understand how master data influences operations and business outcomes.
• You communicate clearly, work well with different teams and coordinate tasks with a proactive mindset.
• You are fluent in English and you take initiative with a hands‑on, “let’s make it happen” attitude.
