Global Digital Change Manager (HQ – Groot-Bijgaarden)
Your Mission
As Digital Change Manager you will lead the company-wide change management pillar of Puratos’ digital transformation, accelerating adoption, enabling new ways of working, and strengthening digital culture across all functions.
In this senior role, you will shape the future workforce by defining global capability-building strategies, developing digital skills, and supporting leaders through transformation.
You will act as a strategic partner to functional and regional leaders, driving alignment, consistency and long‑term impact across 80+ countries with varying degrees of digital maturity.
You will ensure investments in tools, systems, and digital initiatives generate real business value by embedding adoption from design to implementation.
Ultimately, this role builds the foundation for a digitally fluent, future‑ready organization.
Key Accountabilities
Manage Innovation of the Product Category
- You will develop and lead the global digital adoption and change management strategy, ensuring digital tools and platforms are embedded in daily work across functions and geographies.
- You build scalable change management methodologies, identify adoption barriers, and deploy targeted interventions across all departments within the company.
- You will design and implement a Digital Academy in close collaboration with Group L&D, creating learning pathways that elevate digital fluency and data literacy.
- You will partner with functional leaders to define future skills, redesign roles, and support workforce planning as part of Puratos’ long‑term digital evolution.
- You establish governance and performance frameworks, including KPIs that demonstrate transformation progress, business value and adoption outcomes.
- You build strong internal stakeholder networks (top management, digital leaders, Group Learning and Development, country/site leadership) to ensure alignment and local adaptation.
- You drive awareness, communication and engagement initiatives that strengthen digital culture and promote continuous learning
Who are we looking for?
- A senior change leader with 10+ years of experience in digital transformation, organizational change, capability building or similar roles, ideally in an international or manufacturing context.
- Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Digital Transformation or a related field.
- Deep expertise in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter) and proven experience delivering end‑to‑end change programs.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and their adoption challenges in complex, multinational environments.
- Strategic thinker with excellent influencing, stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization.
- Experience in capability building, workforce planning, role redesign and future‑of‑work initiatives.
- Resilient, collaborative and comfortable navigating ambiguity, differing digital maturities and evolving business needs
