Documentation & Trade employee

Mission:

As member of our beOps (Belgian Operations) Trade & Documentation team, you will manage the full documentation of our road, sea and air shipments in an optimized manner, towards our customers worldwide (> 110 countries).

Key Accountabilities

As the beOps Trade & Documentation employee, you will create all transport and customer delivery related documents. This concerns the following documents:

• Transport documentation
• Country/Customer specific documentation
• Sanitary (FAVV) & other certificates
• Customs

Who are we looking for?

• You have a Bachelor or Master degree (Preferably in Logistics Management or International Trade) or you have a working experience in Logistics.
• You can speak fluently English, Dutch and French (any other language is a plus).
• You have good MS Office skills and SAP skills are a plus.
• You have following soft skills:
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Stress-resistant as you need to manage accumulated workload and requests from customers.
  • You are very organized: since this position is administratively complex.
