As a Digital Experience Architect, you'll collaborate closely with our Business and ICT teams, leveraging your diverse functional and technical skills to design innovative solutions. Join us in shaping the future of digital interactions and making a real impact!

Key accountabilities

• As a Digital Experience Architect, you are a change agent, able to "walk a mile in the user's/customer's shoes" and drive organizational change. You understand the user/customer journey and ensure that future digital solutions align with strategic business objectives. By connecting strategy and investments to outcomes, you build the IT roadmap for your domain.
• You are an innovator, thinking about work in novel, transformative ways using digital technologies. You organize and participate in POCs according to the innovation funnel's priorities and apply agile principles to adapt to the evolving needs of the business and customers.
• You are also a facilitator, bringing people together across teams and business lines to forge consensus and promote a culture of collaboration around digital solutions.
• You map the ICT solutions portfolio for your domain, focusing on data and process dependencies within the application landscape. You align with other architects for cross-domain integration and manage the transformation of the IT solutions portfolio, emphasizing business value, future-proofing, data insights, risk management, and cost optimization.
• During the implementation phase, you guide project teams, providing input to project managers and other staff to develop budgets and timelines. You may occasionally take on the role of project manager, especially for pilot or highly complex projects.
• Post-implementation, you align with the support and service team to provide input for ongoing governance of digital solutions. You work in synergy with the business intelligence and data science teams to ensure measurable business outcomes and collaborate with the infrastructure team on security aspects of the designed solution.
• You also work with the integration team and other technical ICT experts to ensure smooth integration of future ICT solutions into the current landscape. You provide budget input for both CAPEX and OPEX to relevant ICT Managers and project managers, and may act as the budget owner for specific projects and initiatives.

Who are we looking for ?

• You bring a wealth of experience with SAP QM and SAP S/4HANA.
• PLM and low code development are great additions to your skill set.
• You're a pro at systems integration, RPA, and BI.
• Your vision, strategy, and innovation skills shine, along with your expertise in change management and functional domains.
• You communicate and collaborate effortlessly, manage projects with Agile/Scrum/Kanban, and have sharp analytical skills.
• ICT integration and application development are part of your toolkit.
• You share knowledge openly, work independently and as part of a team, and handle stress with ease.
• You're fluent in English, and additional languages are a bonus.
• With over 10 years of ICT experience, you're ready to make a significant impact.
