Global Consultancy Manager

Your Mission

In this new role, you will develop and implement Puratos consultancy services for large accounts in the bakery, patisserie and chocolate industry for the Puratos Group. This role will spearhead the development of the consultancy services offering for customers, supervise and ensure the successful implementation of projects aimed at improving product quality, increasing production efficiency, and enhancing market competitiveness among others.

What you will do:

1. Consultancy Services Offering
   • You identify and analyze key customer needs in the bakery, patisserie, and chocolate industry.
   • You develop and implement tailored consultancy services to address those needs effectively, leveraging Puratos' expertise.
2. Methodology
   • You design and implement a comprehensive blueprint strategy, including approach, materials, and toolboxes.
   • You ensure the framework is customer-centric, scalable, and of high quality.
   • You continuously refine the framework based on feedback and industry trends.
3. Business Development
   • You prepare and launch consultancy services offerings for large accounts.
   • You uncover new business opportunities by building strong customer relationships.
   • You grow the consultancy services business by continuously improving the offering.
   • You enhance Puratos' position in the ingredients business through consultancy services.
4. Partnerships and Collaboration
   • You build a network of internal specialists, map their competencies, and assign them to projects according to customer needs.
   • You collaborate with external experts and other stakeholders to enhance our advisory services by gaining new competencies.
5. Customer Intimacy
   • You foster strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
6. Budget Management
   • You develop and manage the complete P&L and define KPIs.
   • You monitor financial performance and report key metrics.
7. Long-term Team Leadership
   • In the long run, you lead an expert team to support consultancy services, providing mentorship and development.
   • You foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Project Management Excellence: You showcase exceptional planning and execution skills.
