Key responsibilities ?

As the face of our company, you are the first point of contact and ensure a warm and professional welcome, both over the phone and at the reception. You are an indispensable link in our team and also perform a wide range of administrative tasks:

• Managing taxis and schedules: You order and schedule taxis. Additionally, you ensure the correct invoicing of these services. You manage the schedules and maintain the incoming Info mailbox.
• Processing post and packages: You are responsible for internal post distribution, carefully packing and franking outgoing post and packages, and managing our postbox. Thanks to you, everything runs smoothly.
• Inventory management: You closely monitor the stock of toners, printer paper, and small supplies, ensuring that everything is always replenished on time.

With your dedication and attention to detail, you contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your role is crucial in creating a positive first impression and supporting our daily operations.

Who are we looking for ?

You have relevant experience in a similar role. You are smooth and pleasant in contact and you enjoy helping people. You are a good team player and can work independently. You are highly administrative and like to finish everything to perfection. We expect you to be familiar with common IT applications and to be fluently trilingual (Dutch, French, and English).
