OBJETIVO
Responsable de los Centros de Distribución de Productos Terminados en la Republica Mexicana (DC´s)
Responsable de los jefes de los almacenes de producto terminado, material de empaque y materias primas de la Planta de Operación
Manejo de BGT aproximado de 8 Mio EUR en Transporte y 20 Mio EUR de valor de Inventario. Total: 30 Mio EUR
Estar en contacto con la operación, viajar a los centros de distribución, acercamiento con gente sindicalizada, manejo de líneas de transportes y contacto con los centros logísticos de los clientes

RESPONSABILIDADES
El Gerente de Logística es responsable de administrar el programa de gestión logística, asegurando entregas y envíos oportunos dentro de los objetivos presupuestales.
Es responsable de controlar costos y apoyar mejoras continuas en productividad y sistemas dentro de los Centros de Distribución (DC´s).
Responsable de los requerimientos del buen manejo de inventarios y gestión de almacenes.
Responsable de los sistemas de gestión de almacenamiento, transporte y distribución.
Responsable de las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento y distribución en los DC´s.
Liderar y guiar a su equipo estableciendo metas claras que se alcanzarán mediante su apoyo y coaching.
Proporcionar liderazgo inspirador, coaching y orientación.
Gestionar las operaciones diarias en los DC´s, asegurar una administración consistente y efectiva de proveedores y garantizar la preparación del sitio y del equipo para eventos clave.
Responsabilidad sobre proveedores, garantizando que todos operen bajo los más altos estándares y complimiento de KPIs
Establecer tarifas de transporte y gestión de costos de flete en conjunto con compras. 
Trabajar estrechamente con el equipo corporativo y de centros logísticos en toda la organización para encontrar oportunidades de colaboración.
Asegurar servicio en niveles del 99%
Asegurar los KPIs de seguridad y calidad para los centros de almacenamiento y líneas de transporte
Cumplimientos legales/regulatorios de los CD
Proyectos de mejora continua e implementación de OpX (Sistema de gestión continua de Puratos)

REQUISITOS
Ing Industrial o afín
Ingles avanzado
5 años de experiencia en Logística
Conocimiento en Lean Logistics
Manejo de SAP
Disponibilidad para viajar
