Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to understand customer behavior and drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic E-commerce Development: Create and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive sales growth among existing and new customers, establishing clear goals and KPIs aligned with overall business objectives.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Design and enhance the online shopping experience for first-time (online) buyers, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey.
- Performance Marketing and Acquisition: Develop and execute a data-driven digital marketing strategy to attract qualified traffic, regularly updating content and optimizing product listings for improved SEO visibility.
- Data Analysis and Conversion Improvement: Utilize tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to analyze user behavior, conduct A/B testing, and make informed decisions that enhance conversion rates.
- Retention and Engagement Strategies: Convert offline customers to online platforms and develop personalized communication strategies across digital channels, collaborating with influencers to broaden brand reach.
- Sales and Customer Service Training and Support: Equip sales and customer service teams with the skills to effectively introduce digital order systems and manage inquiries and resolve issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Local Stakeholder Engagement: Actively update and collaborate with local stakeholders to enhance E-commerce performance, leveraging cross-departmental insights to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency.
- Global Community Engagement: Share best practices within the global E-commerce community, while staying informed on emerging trends and technologies.
Position Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Economics, business, marketing or communication
- Experience: 5+ years in E-commerce and/or digital marketing.
- Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Power BI, Google Analytics, CRM systems, CMS systems, Hotjar, Excelperience
