Customer Marketing Specialist
(Taguig City,Philippines)
Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven customer-centric marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and deliver impactful marketing initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement customer marketing strategy to support business objectives and drive customer engagement.
- Leverage Puratos unique marketing capabilities to be recognized as the partner of choice for Sustainability, Innovation and Health & Well Being
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
- Create and manage customer loyalty programs and initiatives.
- Accelerate the digital transformation with customers, leveraging customer data for relevant action plans.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data to optimize strategies and tactics and measure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Performs additional duties as assigned by management, which may include participation in cross-functional projects, or other marketing-related initiatives.
Who are we looking for:
- University bachelor’s degree in marketing or business-related degree, a must have.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years of related experience in Customer Marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
- You have a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
