Production Supervisor

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to plan, coordinate, and monitor daily production activities to ensure optimal achievement of production targets, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production team activities in line with company procedures and SOPs.
• Ensure production orders are fulfilled on time, in full, and according to quality standards.
• Manage workforce performance, discipline, training, and workplace cleanliness.
• Monitor raw materials, packaging materials, inventory accuracy, and SAP production transactions.
• Maintain GMP standards, asset care, and production area housekeeping.
• Coach and develop team members to achieve high performance.

Requirements

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) with GPA > 2.75.
• Minimum 2 years of production experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Good command of English.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and hands-on approach to work.
