Objetivo: Controlar y organizar el almacén asegurando la veracidad del stock, ajustándose al programa de salidas a clientes y almacenes foráneos

Responsabilidades: 

  • Inventario diario
  • Verificar entradas y salidas de almacén peps
  • Controlar archivos, inventarios, cargas, muestra
  • Manejo de herramientas de carga asistida
  • Organización del almacén y las caducidades del producto
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento del programa de salidas del producto con la previa preparación de cargas.
  • Realizar toma de inventarios.
  • Localizar y subsanar diferencias entre inventario teórico y físico.
  • Llenar formatos de los diferentes procesos de acuerdo a las diferentes certificaciones que tiene la empresa.
  • Cargar la información en tiempo y forma
  • Acomodo optimo de producto en almacenes tanto de materia prima como de producto terminado. Asegurar la calidad resguardo e inocuidad del producto y las áreas de almacén.
  • Rotación y control de materiales de empaque.
  • Relación con vendedores para los temas administrativos.

 

Contar con carrera técnica, bachillerato o preparatoria. 

Experiencia: 

Mínima de 5 años en manejo de almacén e inventarios

Conocimientos: 

Logística y Distribución, Control de inventarios, Organización y optimización de almacenes
