Your Mission
As part of our rapidly expanding site, this Team Leader role offers a unique opportunity to build and lead a brand-new production team from the ground up. What you will do
Using your passion for quality and collaboration, you will:
- Inspire and Develop a High-Performing Team – Coach, motivate, and guide your team through every stage of growth, from onboarding to excellence.
- Champion a Culture of Safety – Drive a proactive safety mindset, ensuring a clean, compliant, and hazard-free environment.
- Deliver Quality at the Source – Own the process, master the standards, and ensure every product meets our high-quality benchmarks.
- Lead with Purpose and Clarity – Communicate effectively across shifts and departments, ensuring alignment and smooth handovers.
- Drive Operational Excellence – Monitor performance, solve problems, and continuously improve processes to hit KPIs across all five pillars.
- Plan and Execute with Precision – Support production planning, manage resources, and ensure on-time, in-full delivery.
- Be a Data-Driven Decision Maker – Use visual management and performance metrics to guide your team and report results.
- Champion Digital Tools – Lead the way in ERP/MES adoption and digital efficiency within your team.
- Optimise Costs and Resources – Maximise productivity, minimise waste, and ensure smart use of materials and budgets
