We are looking for a Production Operative to join our site in Buckingham.
Your Mission
As a Production Operative, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and right-first-time manufacturing of all batches scheduled on the daily plan. You will work closely with the Production Team Leaders to ensure all processes are followed accurately, maintaining a strong focus on food safety and health regulations.
What you will do
Using your passion for quality and collaboration, you will:
- Follow the daily production plan to meet output targets.
- Prepare each batch according to SOPs and seek support when needed to ensure accuracy.
- Ensure all raw materials are present and handled safely.
- Maintain 100% allergen control and prevent cross-contamination.
- Complete quality and traceability checks.
- Coordinate the supply of raw materials and equipment to ensure efficient production.
- Communicate effectively with your colleagues, including the Production Team Leaders
- Support new product launches and trials with the R&D team.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and support high-profile visits and audits.
- Assist in training and induction of new team members.
- Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Management teams to address non-conformances and improvement areas.
