To strengthen our technical consultancy team, we are looking for a Technical Advisor Specialist in the bakery sector. This role is responsible for promoting products through demonstrations and providing technical consultancy to active or potential customers:

Technical Advisor Bakery   

(Industry: Food Production, Bucharest, Romania) 

Your Mission   

We are looking for a Technical Advisor Bakery based in Bucharest, reporting to the TA Supervisor. In this role, you will promote Puratos products through demonstrations, provide technical consultancy, and develop recipes, ensuring our customers receive high-quality solutions and expert guidance.  

What you will do

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt recipes and concepts using Puratos products for artisanal and industrial applications
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for industrial and semi-industrial customers, ensuring optimal results and quick resolution of production issues
• Support the sales team through product presentations and demonstrations
• Organize and host events to inspire customers and promote Puratos solutions
• Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, and Sales departments on business development projects and new product launches
• Leverage hands-on expertise in Bakery and Patisserie within industrial and semi-industrial environments, demonstrating strong knowledge of ingredients, processes, and equipment.

Additional Key Tasks

• Follow the schedule of seminars and demonstrations
• Develop recipes using products from the existing portfolio
• Present Puratos products and applications based on recipes, emphasizing quality and ensuring customers receive all necessary information.
• Continuously improving practical performance and enhance theoretical knowledge of products and industry technology
• Prepare detailed reports after each demonstration, including:

1. 1. Customer reactions to promoted products
   2. Potential sales opportunities
   3. Competitor products
   4. Recommendations for other Puratos products or services for future demonstrations
   5. Suggest improvements to existing products or propose new ones based on experience gained during demonstrations.

• Participate in all company-organized seminars and training sessions for professional development
• Ensure accuracy of information provided to supervisors and collaborating departments
• Maintain a polite and professional attitude toward colleagues, partners, and customers
• Keep equipment in good condition and comply with internal procedures for its use
• Promptly inform relevant parties about any equipment issues
• Ensure smooth workflow in the Innovation Center
• Maintain confidentiality of all accessed data
• Comply with Health & Safety and Fire Prevention regulations
• Follow internal procedures, work instructions, and company policies (including punctuality and timely reporting)
• Adherent to applicable legal regulations and the Collective Labor Agreement
• Respect workplace safety rules as per internal regulations
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager related to the role.

What we expect from you

Education

• High school education or vocational training with a specialization in bakery

Experience

• 3–5 years of experience in bakery and pastry
• Advantage: experience with semi-industrial and industrial equipment
