Position Overview

Based at Shandong China, in order to further strengthen our technical advisor team, we are currently seeking an:

技术顾问 - 面包类

应用焙乐道产品开发新配方并做好客户示范，与客户建立良好的关系，协同销售团队实现业绩目标。

Key Accountabilities

1. 熟练掌握和应用焙乐道公司各种产品的使用方法，并定期开发出新的产品应用配方。
2. 为公司内部员工提供培训，使他们及时了解和掌握最新的产品使用方法及应用配方。
3. 根据制定的行动计划，与销售人员通力合作，通过举办示范会、短训班、CID等活动，为客户提供正确有效的技术支持，如上门解决客户所遇到的问题，配合客户共同开发新配方，培训客户的技术人员等，使客户信赖焙乐道的产品、使用焙乐道产品，以帮助提高产品销售量。
4. 准时按要求使用CRM工具分享示范工作过程，效果，记录后续跟进内容。
5. 准时按要求递交公司要求的各项工作报告。
6. 配合公司内部其它部门关于产品研发和产品推广的示范活动。
7. 工作时，严格遵守时间、以及安全、卫生等方面的制度和要求，包括个人的防护用品（如帽子、手套、口罩等），也包括所有设备、工具、材料和原料的使用、清理和维护。
8. 向上级主管汇报所有的工作活动内容，作出总结，并为以后的工作提出建议。

 Profile             

• • Education: High school degree or above in food sciences or others equivalent degree or major is preferred.高中以上或其它同等学历
  • Experience: 5 years or above experience in baking food industry. 5年以上本岗位工作经验
  • Technical knowledge/skill: Proficient in baking raw material. 了解烘焙原辅料应用知识
  • Soft skill: Good knowleage in using Word/exl/ SAP software, etc. 会使用word、exl、SAP等办公软件
