Production Planner

Your Mission 

As Production Planner , you’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely availability of our food solutions for our customers worldwide. You’ll be the central link between production, customer service, quality, and supply—driving operational excellence and supporting product innovation.

This is a unique opportunity to grow into a key contributor within a collaborative team, where your mindset and ideas will help shape the planning function and improve internal processes.

Key Accountabilities 

• Develop and maintain production plans
• Ensure product availability for customer orders and stock replenishment
• Analyze production constraints and optimize scheduling
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead or support small-scale projects related to product phase-ins/phase-outs, new product introductions, system alignment, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive harmonization and integration across planning and production processes to enhance efficiency, agility, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage product launches and phase-outs
• Represent planning in internal meetings (risk analysis, IP, product development)
• Maintain accurate master data and planning tools (SAP APO, MES)
• Participate in daily production meetings to align on priorities and constraints
• Communicate proactively with production, purchasing, and customer service to resolve planning issues

Who are we looking for? 

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, commerce, or international business
• 5–10 years of experience in planning or related roles
• Strong SAP experience (APO module); MES knowledge is a plus
• Fluent in English and French
• Positive, solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Ability to challenge constructively and work cross-functionally
