Technical Advisor

A technical advisor at Puratos provides expert guidance on product applications, assists with troubleshooting, and collaborates with clients to enhance their product offerings and processes in the bakery, patisserie, and chocolate industries.

Application Specialist

An application specialist at Puratos focuses on developing and testing products, ensuring that innovations are feasible for commercial use, and providing tailored solutions to meet specific customer requirements in the bakery, patisserie, and chocolate sectors.

R&D Technician

  • Basak - Food Engineer

    I am Basak Ari Aydin, a food engineer. My career began in 2009 in the bakery world, and I joined Puratos as Bakery R&D in 2015. Each day felt like a new story, filled with excitement and discovery. Transitioning between departments, I embraced challenges in unknown areas, which provided endless learning opportunities. After 9 years at Puratos, I can confidently say that my journey here has been one of continuous growth and innovation.

    Starting as a quality intern 13 years ago, I transitioned to R&D, eventually leading the powdered confectionary and now the chocolate Business Unit. Puratos’ extensive training and supportive environment have fueled my growth. Through trainings in Belgium and working across various categories, I’ve built strong relationships and embraced new challenges. Puratos is where your career can truly flourish.
