Experience the Magic of Puratos! People First

Under the premise of “people come first,” having a culture of recognition and maintaining a positive environment is essential for Puratos; we know how important it is to ensure our employees remain committed and trust the organization. Therefore, we have designed recognition programs that contribute to generating a positive environment and good organizational climate.

Recognition for seniority

  • Annual recognition event (Alebrijes Award)
  • Puraideas reward program
  • Best Puratos Seller (MVP) and Best Puratos Technician (MTP) recognitions

We have events to reinforce the company’s values and identity, such as Unicorn Week. Through Voice, our organizational climate survey, we listen to our employees’ voices and generate commitments to improve areas of opportunity.

In addition to the campaigns, we also organize events such as Diversity and Inclusion Day, International Women’s Day, among other activities that seek to reinforce the fact that at Puratos we are not just another number; we are truly valuable people, regardless of gender, religion, or sexual preference.

Additionally, we carry out celebrations and activities to promote coexistence and participation among employees. These events seek to have a positive impact on employees, not only at the work level but also at the personal and family level; we believe these practices reflect the company’s genuine commitment to the well-being of its employees.

Benefits

For us, it is important to offer unique and attractive benefits to our employees, as these help us generate trust by feeling safe and protected, in addition to having a good work climate, enhancing good performance and happiness at work, and ensuring the commitment of our employees to the company. Currently, the benefits we offer are as follows:

  • Pension plan

Social Commitment

Bakery School

Our values are also reflected in the social work we carry out with the communities in which we operate.

In Tizayuca, we have a Bakery School Foundation; thanks to which, together with non-governmental organizations and local partners, we ensure a promising future for the young people of the community. The foundation offers a two- or three-year training program that helps its students train in trades such as bakery, pastry, and chocolate making; that is, it prepares them to find a decent job.

Cacao Trace and Ticul Plantation

At Puratos, we are building a better future for cocoa with a revolutionary strategy. Our Cacao Trace Foundation is a non-profit organization that aims to improve the quality of life for cocoa producers by ensuring they receive a fair share of the value generated in the chocolate supply chain. The Foundation achieves this by distributing the “Chocolate Bonus,” a differentiated amount paid by Cacao-Trace customers.
