 销售主管 - 经销商渠道

Your Mission

通过建立焙乐道销售/分销/技术服务和业务解决方案的区域网络，用市场领先的创新/利益优势，与区域客户建立真正的合作伙伴关系，帮助客户的业务更加成功，达成销售、盈利及费用控制的目标，并提高焙乐道产品和服务的客户渗透/市场份额/生产率。

 What you will do

1.    根据每月的业务目标，充分利用现有资源，转化成为每个客户的销售计划及每月的技术服务行动计划，提高焙乐道品牌、核心产品的销售和分销，并达成业务目标，每周准时递交各项工作报告并及时跟进。
2.    负责提供准确的每月滚动销售预测和安全库存的建议，高效跟进各种销售订单，提供高品质的客户服务水平，及时帮助客户解决所遇到的问题及投诉，成为客户可靠的合作伙伴。
3.    掌握区域内饼店/工业/零售/餐饮渠道的现有及潜在客户，按要求高效利用CRM开展工作，对机会分析、服务支持、客户等方面重要信息，进行分类建档管理，维护并拓展现有客户的业务，并进行有计划的新客户开发，成为客户真正的创新合作伙伴。
4.    了解市场/竞争对手的状况，准确设定目标客户和目标项目，了解目标客户的差异化/创新需求，协同其他业务发展部门提供行业领先的业务解决方案(一对一服务、培训班、示范会、研讨会等)，能专业地介绍焙乐道公司的产品/服务的特征/优势/利益，通过有效影响决策者、管理风险、谈判并及时跟进合同/订单/上架/动销，赢取更多项目，并提高客户服务的效率和效果。每月跟进核心产品推广计划、SANCOC项目、技术服务反馈表、合同管理等。
5.    对客户的财务风险做出评估，及时回收账款。
6.    通过有效的经销商管理和布局，提高经销商对焙乐道的忠诚度和投入度，推动焙乐道核心产品的销售和分销。推动经销商达成销售目标。发展更多的“专营”经销商。
7.    积极地收集相关市场信息，以书面形式向上级主管汇报。
8.    了解相关的销售政策、工具、流程和系统，严格遵守纪律和公司章程，优异执行计划。
9.    总结自己组织的各项工作，汇报给上级主管，同时对以后的工作提出自己的意见和建议。

 Requirement:要求

*    Education: College or bachelor in food sciences or others equivalent degree or major is preferred.高中以上文化程度

*    Experience: Experience in baking food is preferred. 5年以上本岗位工作经验

*    Technical knowledge/skill: Good knowledge in food inspection. 了解烘焙原辅料应用知识

*    Soft skill: Good knowleage in using Word/exl/ SAP software, etc. 会使用word、exl、SAP等办公软件

*    Willing to travel 愿意出差。
