Are You the Perfect Candidate?

We’re searching for exceptional recent graduates, either at the completion of their studies or up to 18 months post-graduation.

With a dedicated cohort for this program, we only recruit the finest talent.

• A minimum of a Masters level (or equivalent) is required.
• Fluency in English and at least one local language (French or Dutch is a plus).
• Preferred fields include Economics, Business Engineering, Law, Finance, Marketing, and Engineering (Bio/Civil).
• Partial international mobility and the potential to travel locally are also essential.

Your Exciting Assignments

Throughout the 3-year program, you’ll engage in three 1-year assignments, spanning various functional domains. You’ll typically begin in your home country, but your second or third assignment might take you to another country.

During your journey, you will be able to spend one year abroad in one of our many offices across the globe. This experience will enable you to forge connections, experience a different culture, enhance your expertise, and gain insights into our business while connecting with key individuals linked to your assignment.
