Your Mission

应用焙乐道产品开发新配方并向内部员工及客户示范，与客户建立良好的关系，协同销售团队，实现销售目标。

What you will do

1．熟练掌握和应用焙乐道公司各种产品的使用方法，并定期开发出新的产品应用配方。配合产品工业上线支持，进一步提升上线应用能力。
2．建立与大客户的关系，进一步强化大客户的产品创新，合作和上市。熟悉指定客户的运作模式，提供全面技术支持。
3．支持大客户经理举办客户创新日，达成大客户全年销售目标。增长核心产品达成与增长，对客户进行技术培训。
4．办公软件操作熟练，督导技术团队按要求使用CRM，月例会总结技术支持工作成效。可以独立制作PPT和Excel配方，使用相关软件向团队以及客户进行陈述与演示。
5．准时按要求及报告形式，带头并督导技术团队递交公司要求的各项工作报告，该报告用以分析、分享示范工作的效果，及跟进内容。
6．配合公司内部其它部门关于产品研发和产品推广的示范活动。制定并完善大客户门店支持规范，流程，定期回顾大客户服务，对存在问题进行完善，进一步提升大客户满意度。
7．工作时，严格遵守时间、以及安全、卫生等方面的制度和要求，包括个人的防护用品（如帽子、手套、口罩等），也包括所有设备、工具、材料和原料的使用、清理和维护。
8．向上级主管汇报所有的工作活动内容，作出总结，并为以后的工作提出自己的建议。
9. 建立渠道配方库，对于配方，持续更新，根据不同客户进行配方分类，保持定期更新

岗位要求：

* Education: College or bachelor in food sciences or others equivalent degree or major is preferred.高中以上文化程度
* Experience: Experience in baking food is preferred. 5年以上本岗位工作经验，有管理经验。熟悉零售客户，如：盒马，开市客，山姆，奥乐齐等为优
* Technical knowledge/skill: Good knowledge in food inspection. 了解烘焙原辅料应用知识
* Soft skill: Good knowleage in using Word/exl/ SAP software, etc. 会使用word、exl、SAP等办公软件
