Position Overview



(Located in either: Pūre, Latvia or Vilnius, Lithuania or Tallinn, Estonia)


We are looking for a Regional Marketing Manager with passion for both consumer trends and B2B marketing to further strengthen our organization and market position in Northern Europe.


What You Will Be Doing

Reporting directly to the Regional Director for Northern Europe, you will be key in the overall strategic planning in the region and in driving business development together with both R&D and local Sales. The role can be based in either Pūre, Vilnius or Tallinn but will require frequent travel to our offices and customers in the other Baltics countries as well as in the Nordic countries. You will be working with two Marketing Coordinators, one based in Denmark and one based in Latvia.

Experience within the sector is not a requirement, but knowledge of the food industry and a passion for food, especially bakery, are strong plusses. A full product training will be provided so knowledge of the ingredients and products is not necessary

Key Accountabilities

You will be an important link between the North European Region and our HQ and marketing support functions in Belgium and adopt and adapt our global marketing platforms and Group marketing initiatives. You will further:

  • Create the regional business development strategy, as well as support the countries in their planning and implementation at local country level. And thereby help achieve the budgeted sales and business KPIs.
  • Build and drive the regional and country specific marketing plans including channel and product strategies as well as communication plans.
  • Be responsible for the overall product strategy and product management, lead new product launches and ensure an optimal product range within our three Strategic Business Units: Bakery, Patisserie and Chocolate.
  • Support the overall channel strategies within artisans and distributors, industrials, retailers, food service, ice cream and dairy, and lead targeted marketing activities and promotional campaigns based on our CRM tools.
  • Generate and analyze consumer insights, e.g. from our Taste Tomorrow and Sensobus formats, and together with R&D and our Application Specialists help turn these into innovative and market relevant finished goods that will inspire our customers and help make them successful.
  • Communicate with stakeholders in marketing, channel and product expert functions at Group level, as well as your marketing peers around the world, Sales and R&D colleagues from all countries within our region and local external service providers.
  • Lead the continued digitalization of our customer approach, incl. use of CRM marketing tools, E-sales and SoMe platforms helped by the two regional Marketing Coordinators.
  • Play an important role in key customer presentations of consumer and market insights as well as new product ideas and inspiring finished concepts.
  • Ensure high customer experience with exciting customer events and help plan customer innovation days together with the responsible Salespersons and the R&D team.
  • Monitor the market development and analyse consumer trends, market size and share as well as ensure close follow-up on competitor activities and products.



  • University degree in Marketing or other relevant academic background
  • Proven marketing experience in B2B and/or B2C environment
  • Analytical skills with good marketing and commercial understanding
  • Strong verbal and written communication and excellent presentation skills
  • Self-driven and dynamic with flexibility to handle strategic, tactical and hands-on tasks
  • Strong and structured project management skills
  • Ability to travel locally, regionally, and internationally (60 days per year)
  • Fluent in English and preferably Russian. Baltics languages are a strong plus.
