Position Overview

In order to further strengthen our Artisans Sales team, we are currently seeking a:

 

Regional Sales Manager - South West Region
(Pernik, Bulgaria)

 

Reporting directly to the National Sales Manager, You will be responsible for the overall sales function in the South West region, building solid and professional relationship based on recognized expertise and trust with customers and influencers. Manage distributors with respect to sales, customer service, customer compliant handling and administration of sales activities, and a team of three sales representatives. 
We are looking for a candidate who can solve problems, prioritize their workload and remain highly organized.

 

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for delivery of sales targets
• Develop relationships with customers and support them with company’s innovative solutions;
• Provide clients with consulting services and work in close collaboration with them;
• Manage the financial resources allocated to you and your sales team;
• Plan and manage territories with targets, based on profitable potential and effective time;
• Train, develop, appraise and motivate the sales team both individually and collectively.
• Maintain long term development plans for distributors, undertakes the execution of sales contracts and negotiations in line with the commercial policy.
• Cooperate continuously and efficiently with other departments (marketing, technical, logistics, etc.).

 

Profile


• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Foods Engineering or related field (Food Engineering will be considered as a strong advantage)
• Previous experience on the similar position we consider as a must;
• Good oral, written and presentation skills in Bulgarian and English language;
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, B2B is preferred 
• Driving license, category “B”. Active driver.
