Sales project Manager



We are looking for a young and dynamic Project Manager, with high entrepreneurial attitude and real interest for Communication & Digital context.

The ideal candidate

As part of Sales team dedicated to Distributors/Artisans B2B channel, and reporting to Artisan Strategic Accounts & Business Development Manager, the Candidate will be directly involved in a new “start-up” project implementation, focused on artisanal Bakeries and Patisseries, in urban Milan area.

Main accountabilities are listed below:

  • Custmers mapping and segmentation/Identification of new business opportunities
  • Custmers visits and market trend analysis (market shares and penetration, etc..)
  • Mnthly sales plans design and implementation, with the aim to reach project objectives
  • Key custmers development strategies definition, to increase market penetration and sales
  • New business/sales mdel design, based on Digital trends and tools
  • Imprved Digital Marketing communication plan definition, related to that specific new project
  • Innvation/Competence Center concept design, to increase product awareness in reference market




  • 22 – 28 years old
  • Bachelor/Master of Science degree in Economics (focus Marketing/Sales/Digital Communication)
  • Strong passion for Food market context and Digital trends
  • Fluent English and IT Office knowledge
  • Effective analytical and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial, commercial and result – orientation attitudes
  • Preferably based in Milan area
